Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment, provides exceptional customer service, and supports the overall operations.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) qualities in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues encountered.
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Customer service skills and cash register proficiency.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks as required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
