Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers in their shopping experience, communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Adherence to company policies, cleanliness standards, and safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
