Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accuracy
• Adhere to cash procedures to ensure minimal losses
• Follow company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Work effectively independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
