Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a well-organized and clean store environment, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Contribute to inventory management by participating in store inventory counts and monitoring accuracy.
• Adhere to company cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
