Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash-handling skills.
• Operational knowledge of equipment and cleaning procedures.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
