Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, cleaning, and collaborating with the team to provide an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on inventory, product issues, and operational concerns.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Follow established company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Able to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and organization.
• Ability to meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent to retail knowledge.
