Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers throughout their shopping experience and collaborate with team members.
- Provide feedback to management, monitor inventory, and adhere to company policies.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and safely handle equipment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate equipment and perform cleaning duties to company standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
