Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.
• Collaborating with team members to deliver excellent customer service and address customer needs.
• Following company policies and procedures to uphold store standards and security protocols.
• Participating in inventory counts and assisting in monitoring inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
