Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies, maintain security and confidentiality of data
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
• Proficiency in operating equipment and following company procedures
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
