Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. Collaborate with the ALDI team to uphold company standards and deliver outstanding customer service.
Position Details
- Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in store inventory counts and maintain cash policies
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for store security
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18
- Excellent customer service and cash register skills
- Operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience beneficial
