Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your collaborative spirit and exceptional customer service skills will contribute to the overall success of our team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement is 18.
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Compliance with state and local regulations regarding alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
