Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management
- Support inventory management and adhere to company policies
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
