Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to deliver an excellent shopping experience to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are orderly
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
