Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Take inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
