Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains its appearance, assists customers, and works collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts competencies and professional skills in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and document confidentiality.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
