Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming shopping environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate openly with management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company procedures and contribute to a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
- Ability to follow cleaning standards and company policies.
- Strong communication skills and the capability to work independently or within a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking efficiently.
- Fulfill state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Retail experience is advantageous.
- Combination of education and experience equivalent.
