Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Capable of maintaining cleanliness standards and following instructions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
