Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by performing various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Contribute feedback to management on product quality, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills
• Capable of meeting physical demands and performing general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Prior retail experience is a plus
