Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security protocols
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and operating store equipment
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service
- Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
