Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory and adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
