Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Assist in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of following company policies, communication effectively, and working in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as a plus.
