Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, ensure neat merchandise displays, and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and assist in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, with prior retail experience as a plus.
