Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
