Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays with care and precision.
- Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Follow company policies and procedures while upholding store security and confidentiality.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor stock levels.
- Perform general cleaning duties to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate store equipment and machinery safely.
- Dedication to providing courteous customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
