Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate cash register and equipment efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
