Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
• High School Diploma preferred.
