Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. You will collaborate with team members and management to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers throughout their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
- Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate cash register efficiently and handle equipment safely.
- Follow company policies and procedures accurately.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience desirable.
