We are seeking a dedicated individual to join us as a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to effectively manage store operations, supervise the team, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and team performance.
• Communicate and uphold core company values to foster teamwork.
• Manage customer concerns and maintain product quality and signage.
• Recruit, train, and schedule store personnel.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Conduct store meetings and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail and management experience preferred.

• Proficiency in operating store equipment and cash registers.
