Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to run a successful store. Your responsibilities will include supervising store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and leading a team to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations and team performance to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Communicate and uphold company values to foster a sense of teamwork among employees.
• Hire, train, and schedule store personnel while maintaining staffing levels.
• Prepare and manage schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback to team members.
• Maintain store signage, product quality, and cash audits in line with company guidelines.
• Monitor inventory, merchandise products, and ensure a safe store environment.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lead a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret company policies.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role.
• Flexibility to travel and work in different locations as needed.
