Job Description

Quality Enterprises USA, a renowned heavy civil construction company, is looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join their team in Naples, FL. As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heavy construction equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair work on various heavy equipment.
• Test equipment to ensure proper performance post-repair.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and service attachments and tools.
• Generate thorough reports and maintain equipment compliance with safety standards.
• Participate in general shop operations and ensure a safe work environment.
• Look for and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system issues.
• Experience with Directional Drills, crushers, and cranes is beneficial.

Requirements

• Ability to identify and solve mechanical problems efficiently.
• Experience with CAT equipment is preferred.
• Capability to understand operating manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Valid CDL license, DOT physical card, and ability to pass a drug test required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
