HOSPICE CLINICAL MANAGER - RN

Job Description

As a Hospice Clinical Manager - RN at Liberty Hospice, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing patient care services. This full-time position in Cumberland County involves supervising care staff, ensuring efficient resource utilization, and providing direct patient care when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate case management for patient services.
• Document patient care and staff performance accurately.
• Supervise assigned care staff and assist the Administrator.
• Provide direct patient care including case management and care planning.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in North Carolina.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, hospice experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of hospice and home care regulations.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using computer applications and CPR certified.
