Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Hotel Front Desk PM / Night Audit to join the Rockland Harbor team at Maine Course Hospitality Group. If you are a night owl who enjoys meeting new people, problem-solving, and providing exceptional guest experiences, this position is perfect for you. Join us for the PM Front Desk shift from 3-11PM or as a Night Auditor from 11pm – 7am.

Night Audit Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests professionally.
- Operate the front desk efficiently.
- Assist guests with requests and handle complaints.
- Close out front desk functions and reporting.
- Provide local area information and maintain hotel knowledge.
