Job Description

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team of room attendants at a local hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness standards, and oversee daily housekeeping operations.

Salary

Starting Pay: $18 to $19/hour, depending on experience

Schedule

Needs to be flexible, including weekends

Responsibilities

• Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Oversee staff and ensure cleanliness in rooms and common areas.
• Schedule shifts and manage replacements when needed.
• Establish cleanliness standards and motivate team members.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain cleaning products stock.

Requirements

• Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Excellent organizational and team management skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
