Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at BCI Construction INC. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. Primary Duties
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
- Address benefits and employee handbook inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Assist in policy development and compliance.
- Support HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR principles and employment laws.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of HR experience is desirable.
