Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at BCI Construction INC. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. Primary Duties

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Address benefits and employee handbook inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Assist in policy development and compliance.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR principles and employment laws.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience is desirable.
