Hydrogeologist (Early Career)

Job Description

Montgomery & Associates (M&A) is looking for a full-time early-career Hydrogeologist to join their California team. This position involves supporting groundwater modeling projects and geographic information systems analysis, working with a team of water resource scientists and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to tasks focusing on quantitative hydrogeology and groundwater resources management.
• Interpret hydrologic testing and borehole geophysical data.
• Develop hydrogeologic conceptual models and technical reports.
• Collaborate with task leads and project managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hydrology, geology, or engineering; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience in environmental and water resources consulting is a plus.
• Proficiency in GIS, Microsoft Office suite, and technical writing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
