Job Description
New Western is seeking a licensed Investment Real Estate - Acquisition Agent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential real estate. As an Acquisition Agent, you will identify potential properties for investment, utilizing your knowledge of real estate terms like ARV, BRRRR, and Wholesaling. You will leverage our resources including leads, established relationships, and proprietary software to acquire both off-market and on-market properties for our inventory.
