Job Description

We are looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to join our team in Springfield, OH. As the first point of contact for internal users, you will collaborate with a global team of Help Desk Technicians to provide technical support and drive process harmonization through optimal IT solutions. If you have a passion for problem-solving, strong IT troubleshooting skills, and the ability to install, configure, and monitor software and hardware systems, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for IT issues.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve technical problems.
  • Install and configure software on workstations and networks.
  • Support wireless mobility initiatives and end-user setups.
  • Maintain confidentiality of end-user information.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices and IT methodologies.
  • Communicate effectively and understand client requirements.

Requirements

  • 2-year degree in a Technical field.
  • Basic understanding of Windows 7 and 10, MS Office 365, and networks.
  • Ability to share IT knowledge and train employees.
  • Willingness to work varied overtime as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 10%.
