Janitor - FT

Job Description

We are looking to hire a full-time Janitor for our Greenfield Store located at University & Greenfield. As a Janitor at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order at our facility, including cleaning restrooms, floors, emptying trash and recycling, dusting, and attending to special cleaning requests.

Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour

Key Responsibilities

• Notify leaders of supplies and equipment needed.
• Safeguard company property.
• Report major repairs or additions to building systems.
• Provide customer spill clean-up and refill supplies as needed.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, including stocking necessities.
• Perform floor cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Dust furniture, clean windows, and polish fixtures.
• Follow safety protocols and report any hazards.
• Model Goodwill Core Values in all activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School education/GED or equivalent work experience.
• One year experience in janitorial services or related field.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR, if necessary.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
