Lead Field Superintendent - Large Multifamily Project

Horizon Construction Group is seeking a Lead Field Superintendent to oversee a large multifamily project in Bettendorf, Iowa for Continental Properties. As a key figure in project management, you will be responsible for coordinating all field operations, ensuring project completion within scheduled time frames, and maintaining quality standards throughout construction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all project field operations, including subcontractors and materials deliveries.
• Manage project punch list and quality finish throughout construction phases.
• Monitor project schedule, communicate with the office, and provide detailed field reports.
• Ensure project safety compliance, identify and address unsafe practices.
• Supervise, motivate, and lead on-site Horizon staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction, particularly in large-scale multifamily residential or commercial projects.
• OSHA30 and First Aid/CPR certification required.
• Proficiency in all construction facets and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Physical ability to perform essential job functions and work in demanding environments.

Compensation

Yearly Salary Range: $95,000 - $130,000
