Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Genesis Health. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, providing efficient nursing care and ensuring positive outcomes for patients and their families.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and nursing assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending state Board of Nursing licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
