Job Description

Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for various shifts at Lebanon Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure from the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
