Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will play a key role in providing efficient and effective nursing care to patients/residents, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient quality of life and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care, assess patient conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and treatment administration under physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor unlicensed staff in providing patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
