Job Description
Genesis HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Position Highlights
- Provide efficient nursing care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and participate in care planning.
- Supervise and oversee the care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current state licensure as an LPN or pending licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
