Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a vital part of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of nursing care services to improve the well-being of our patients and residents.
Responsibilities
- Conduct resident evaluations and develop care plans.
- Deliver direct patient care and administer medications.
- Monitor patient care provided by non-licensed staff.
- Engage in problem-solving and bedside nursing.
- Perform treatments and ensure patient comfort and safety.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current State Nursing Board license.
- CPR Certification is mandatory.
