Job Description
We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Wolfboro Bay Center. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care, administer medications, and supervise patient care. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients' conditions and report changes.
- Contribute to assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending state nursing license.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
