Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and support patient and family satisfaction. You will be responsible for patient evaluations, care planning, medication administration, treatment delivery, and supervision of unlicensed staff.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and monitor condition changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and oversee patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending license by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification, as required.
