Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Keene Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center.
