Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a Licensed Practical Nurse at Genesis Health. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver outstanding nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and promote patient and family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients and residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current state licensure or pending licensure.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
