Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is offering an exciting opportunity for Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the Applewood Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
