Job Description
Join our team at St. Anthony Center as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day and night shifts in our geriatric/long-term care unit. You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide exceptional nursing care and support positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes.
- Contribute to assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing program.
- Current or pending LPN license.
